Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel has some serious issues with cleanliness and maintenance, but the staff were delightful and very helpful in spite of the circumstances. The location is decent for getting around, but my overall experience was marred by the dirty room and the poor service on check-in. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location next to Gare de Lyon offered excellent accessibility for exploring the city, my room left much to be desired. It was spacious, but the carpet could have used more attention in terms of cleanliness. The staff was mostly helpful, although my arrival experience was not ideal as I had to wait for my room while my colleagues were already settled in. Overall, it was a decent stay but certainly with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The staff were genuinely helpful and the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. However, my check-in process was frustrating, and I encountered issues with the Wi-Fi and room view. Overall, it provided decent value for the price, but there were noticeable drawbacks.
